How do we measure your
self-confidence?

In our Chizora program, we help you measure and grow your self-confidence with clear, step-by-step assessments. Each level of the program has its own special set of questions that match what you're learning. We use the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) for our questions. Created in 1965, this well-known scale helps us understand how you value yourself. As you move from Level 1 to Level 3, the questions change a bit to better fit your growth. It's important to do these assessments after each level to see how much you've improved and to celebrate your success. With these regular checks, we can see how your confidence builds throughout the program.
